Wed August 20th: Waddell to hang visual wood inspection notices.

Mon August 25th: Waddell to do visual inspection and mark damaged wood in red.

By Wed August 27th: Waddell to leave bids for homeowners for damaged wood on their unit.

Mon Sept 29th: Waddell to hang wood replacement start notices.

Mon Oct 6th: Waddell to start wood replacement for the homeowners who have approved our bids.

Fri Oct 3rd: Homeowners to have their wood replaced by this date if they are using a different contractor.

Mon Oct 13th: Waddell to post high pressure cleaning notices.

Mon Oct 20th: High pressure cleaning to start. Waddell to mark additional wood repair found/if needed in green.

Preparation and painting project to start following the high pressure cleaning.

**All of these dates are tentative/weather permitting etc.
