Notices are being posted today for the upcoming painting project. The high pressure cleaning will be done in three phases. Damaged Wood will be inspected after the high pressure cleaning and then a walk will be scheduled with the board to address the wood replacement. The project will flow: high pressure cleaning, wood removal and replacement, preparation and painting of the wood trim only. Below are the addresses and phases for the high pressure cleaning.
High Pressuring cleaning schedule:
Week of 8/18- Pebble Beach, Indian Dunes, Hermitage
Week of 8/25- Annandale, St. Andrews, Cherry Hills
Week of 9/1- Quail Hollow, Tam O’Shanter
