The crew worked on Saturday to try and finish up the last building in Phase 1 but they will be finishing up the trim on that unit #727 today. 

Prep work in Phase #2 will start tomorrow (units 725-713). We will put a “heads up” notice out today. After the prep work is done we will be spraying the siding and eaves first, then brush and rolling the trim.

**Please note: we will try to paint the doors as we go. You will need to be home to leave the door open for approx. 3 hours to allow for proper drying.  But we will also schedule a door day (usually a Saturday, so that most people are home) if you are not home while we are working during the week on your unit. Please do not worry if your door is not done yet, it will be completed before the entire project is over.
