July 18, 2011: color samples will be applied to the following addresses to assist the board with the color selection process. 1373, 1377, 1381, 1383 and 1389 Upland Hills Drive North.
Monday July 25, 2011: The power washing process will be starting in order to prepare the homes for paint. Damaged wood will be marked for replacement as well. (Each homeowner in this phase of the painting project will receive a notice prior to starting).
