Notice to Tenant

**WEATHER PERMITTING**

Waddell Painting has been contracted by Scheu Management Co. to complete the following project throughout the complex. Please call our office or walk down to suite 301 if you have any questions.

1. We will be removing the wood above your entry doors/awnings and replacing it with new siding. (When we remove the wood we will replace it with the new siding that same day).

2. We will begin high pressure washing the exteriors of the buildings in phase IV. This high pressure wash is necessary before painting can begin on the building. Please note: windows may be spotted after.

3. We will be painting the exterior of your building. This will include window/door frames, all building surfaces; roll up doors and man doors.

We will be setting out safety cones for your protection on the walkways and parking areas as needed. We have met with our crews and they will make sure to minimize any inconvenience and you will be able to access your suites. Please know that we may need to ask you to use the back doors on some days to insure your safety and expedite the processes. We will make sure you have access to your suite.
