Upland Hills Country Club Condo Association- update
The pressure washing has been completed.
We have marked all of the damaged wood for replacement with orange dots. The wood removal and replacement will start within a few days.
We have currently prepped the first three buildings. (1570, 1572, 1574/ 1548, 1552/ 1536, 1540, 1544) Prep work meaning: filling the holes in the stucco, caulking etc.
Our plan for painting is to paint the color schemes in order…all of the units in scheme #1, then all of the units in scheme #2 etc… We will be posting a notice for the homeowner before painting begins at your unit.
